Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of digital marketing strategy across both FutureSight and our client projects. You will shape how brands show up in the world, build clear and actionable plans, and turn insights into campaigns that deliver real impact. If you love connecting strategy with execution and guiding designers and content creators with confidence, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for FutureSight and our clients
  • Plan and manage social media content across channels
  • Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
  • Collaborate with clients to gather data, understand goals, and build the strategic foundations needed for effective marketing
  • Brief designers, writers, and freelancers with clear tasks, expectations, and context
  • Manage PPC and paid social campaigns
  • Coordinate email marketing and other outbound channels
  • Analyse performance, report insights, and optimise continuously
  • Align messaging with business goals and audience needs
  • Ensure consistency across touchpoints for multiple brands

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or fast paced environment
  • Able to plan and execute multi channel strategies with clear priorities and structure
  • Comfortable working within defined budgets and timelines, communicating proactively when adjustments are needed
  • Focused on performance, able to measure how well planning and strategy are being executed, and how this impacts market efficiency
  • Experienced in social media marketing, PPC, and content planning
  • Analytical mindset with a love for data-informed decisions
  • Able to turn strategy into clear, actionable briefs for designers, writers, and freelancers
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools to automate processes
  • Fluent English speaking and writing

Tools

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, campaign managers (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn), social scheduling tools, email marketing tools, reporting dashboards and basic data visualisation tools
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools to automate processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B tech or creative agencies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn strategies for brand and talent attraction
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience working closely with design and UX teams
  • Experience with tools such as keyword and SEO platforms, HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, and Hotjar or similar behavioural analytics tools
  • Experience using Notion or similar for workflows 
  • Experience with more advanced AI tools for audience insights, trend forecasting, GEO and AEO optimisation, and improving the efficiency of social media and digital campaigns
