Senior Product Owner
As the Product Owner at FutureSight, you will be the visionary and the voice of the user, steering the development and execution of project initiatives. You will work hand-in-hand with our agile teams and stakeholders to define product vision, break down complex problems into actionable steps, and prioritise the work in the backlog to ensure that our team delivers value to our customers with every iteration. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the strategic direction of our projects and the operational execution, ensuring that FutureSight continues to deliver innovative solutions that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities
- Defining Product Vision: Clearly articulate the vision, goals, and business value of the product to the team and stakeholders.
- Backlog Management: Prioritise and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity, relevance, and value of each item.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and feedback.
- Backlog / Product release management: Continuously gather and analyse business and user feedback to inform product decisions and adjustments. Craft epics, features and making sure each PBI is ready for development.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and communicate a clear, strategic roadmap for the product, aligning short-term tasks and long-term goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of the backlog and the product vision.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate product performance against goals, identifying areas for improvement and iteration.
- Agile Leadership: Embody the principles of agile methodologies in all aspects of product development and team interaction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a track record of managing successful products.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving product vision and goals.
- Hybrid work in Sweden. Office in Taby.
