Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and talented young professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in the digital industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to uncover untapped business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand our business network and enhance collaboration opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target customer segments and devise targeted marketing campaigns. Lead negotiations and facilitate the closing of business deals, including contracts, partnerships, and licensing agreements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales roles within the digital industry
  • In-depth understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with a passion for staying updated on industry advancements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing business targets, with a results-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct comprehensive market research, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate and close business deals
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Polish language for effective communication
  • MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous
