Digital Sales Representative

As a Digital Sales Executive at FutureSight, you will drive sales initiatives for our diverse client projects and startup ventures. We are seeking someone with a “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude. A successful candidate needs to show energy, passion, and a “can do” attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are fundamental for us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital sales efforts, engaging directly with clients for project initiatives
  • Troubleshoot potential sales hurdles, offering comprehensive solutions
  • Craft comprehensive sales strategies encompassing client engagement and journey mapping
  • Develop and present sales proposals, leveraging both low and high-fidelity frameworks
  • Contribute to the design of our rebranded website
  • Strive for innovation, balancing user needs with business objectives to deliver impactful sales experiences
  • Conduct workshops with clients and stakeholders to drive sales objectives
  • Design sales-focused UI mockups across various platforms (Mobile, Tablet, Desktop)
  • Create interaction elements and sales style guides for seamless developer handover
  • Establish and refine our sales design system
  • Prepare concise handover notes facilitating seamless team and developer comprehension
  • Demonstrate creativity in generating compelling sales assets and designs
  • Conceptualize and outline briefs that drive outstanding digital sales experiences
  • Operate within budget and time constraints outlined in creative briefs
  • Manage feedback loops efficiently
  • Set standards for design guidelines and usability, ensuring best practices
  • Define and validate sales concepts through prototyping and testing
  • Foster team cohesion, sharing knowledge and aligning projects
  • Provide support to the production team

Key Requirements

  • Curiosity to comprehend consumer behavior
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales
  • Home office setup with occasional head office visits
  • Willingness to travel intermittently
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, InVision App, Figma, Photoshop)
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn, inquire, and challenge ideas
  • Capacity to work within tight schedules with a flexible approach.
  • Competence in budget management and reporting
  • Comfortable with physical or virtual video events/meetings
  • Confidence in leading projects and supporting team members
  • Innate creativity and a knack for exceptional sales and experiences.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, both technically and visually
  • Portfolio showcasing previous sales projects with wireframes and design examples
  • Knowledge of AI tools

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of HTML or coding
  • Communicative in Polish
  • Prior mentoring experience
  • Interest in UX research
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor
