UX/UI Designer
As a UX/UI Designer at FutureSight, you will collaborate with our studio team on various client projects and new startup initiatives. Our fast-paced, iterative design process demands an ambitious designer with advanced UX/UI experience. We value a “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude, and seek someone with energy, passion, and a proactive approach. Strong engagement and communication skills are essential. Once you demonstrate proficiency in our environment and design process, you’ll be able to lead projects independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on client projects, creating user experiences and visual designs
- Troubleshoot UX issues and explain solutions
- Create sitemaps, user flows, personas, and journey maps
- Develop wireframes and prototypes for websites and products
- Push the boundaries of our products, balancing user and business needs
- Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Design UI mockups for various viewports
- Create design style guides for developers
- Showcase creativity in producing visual design assets
- Conceptualize ideas and create briefs for digital experiences
- Deliver and receive feedback effectively
- Establish design guidelines and best practices for usability
- Support other team members
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong understanding of human behavior and user-centered design principles
- Fluent in written and spoken English (at least C1 level).
- Experience with leading design tools (Adobe CC, InVision App, Figma, Photoshop)
- A strong eye for detail and high organizational skills
- Ability to work to tight timescales and manage budgets effectively
- Confidence in attending virtual video events/meetings
- Ability to lead projects and support team members
- A portfolio of existing projects and apps, showcasing wireframe and design visuals in different viewport sizes
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
- Expertise in prompt engineering for AI optimization.
- Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API).
Nice to Have
- HTML or coding knowledge would be helpful but is not essential.
- Polish language knowledge.
- Interest in UX research.
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
